Alonan - Belief

Just about everyone in Alonan believes in the existance of the two creators. Very few people go around without offering them at least one prayer whenever something bad happens. But not everyone shares this view. Some have a more drastic opinion...

There are people in Alonan who believe that the creators who abandoned Halonan returned during the Zero Era, to observe how the planet was doing. While the life on Alonan was at peace, the two divines were not, and in the stars above their world they clashed over just how Alonan was supposed to be. One of them wished to leave it alone, where the other wished to remake it into a land of darker realities. Eventually, the light-hearted creator banished his other from the skies, and sent him crashing down towards their world. The Dark Creator fell where Norazon used to be, destroying its presence and creating the Maelstrom to serve as his eternal prison.

This theory has never been popular, but the recent sightings of strange creatures has given it considerably more weight than it used to garner. But still, it's just a legend...
